This website and all digital products sold through it are operated by Zach & Grace Ltd (Company No. 14341735), registered in England & Wales.

By purchasing or accessing any digital products, courses, or services from our website or associated platforms (including Kajabi), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Digital Product Licence

All digital products sold on this site — including Lightroom presets, templates, design resources, and online courses — are licensed, not sold.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use purchased materials for personal or commercial creative projects, including client work.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or repackage digital files in any form

  • Share, gift, or transfer login credentials or files

  • Claim our products as your own

  • Use our materials to create competing products for resale

If purchasing on behalf of a team or organisation, please contact us for multi-user licensing.

2. Lifetime Access (General)

Where any product, course, or service is described as including “lifetime access,” this refers to access for the lifetime of that specific product while it is actively maintained and made available by Zach & Grace Ltd.

“Lifetime access” does not refer to the lifetime of the purchaser.

We reserve the right to:

  • Update, modify, replace, restructure, or remove content

  • Change or migrate delivery platforms

  • Discontinue any product or course at our discretion

If a product or course is discontinued, reasonable notice will be provided where practicable.

Lifetime access does not guarantee perpetual availability in the event of business closure, force majeure, third-party platform failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Access is granted for as long as the product remains commercially available and supported by Zach & Grace Ltd.

3. The Editorial Wedding Photographer (TEWP)

The Editorial Wedding Photographer is a digital educational program delivered online.

Course Content Access

Purchase of TEWP includes lifetime access to the course content (as defined in Section 2).

Monthly Live Q&A Access

TEWP includes access to monthly live group Q&A sessions for 12 months from the date of purchase.

After 12 months:

  • Access to live Q&A sessions will end

  • Continued access may require renewal (if offered)

We reserve the right to:

  • Reschedule sessions

  • Modify format

  • Replace live sessions with recorded material where necessary

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided:

All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued.

We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion.

Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions, contact us before completing your order.

5. Digital Content & Waiver of Cancellation Rights

By purchasing digital products or courses from Zach & Grace Ltd, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You will receive immediate access to digital content upon payment.

  • Access credentials or course availability constitutes fulfilment of the service.

  • You expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract.

  • You acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to cancel once access begins, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Accordingly, no refunds will be issued once access has been granted.

6. Platform Availability & Technical Issues

Access to digital products and courses is provided via third-party platforms.

While we aim to provide uninterrupted and immediate access, we do not guarantee that the Course or digital products will be available at all times.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

  • Platform maintenance

  • Technical issues

  • System upgrades

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Temporary downtime or access delays do not constitute failure to deliver the service and do not entitle the purchaser to a refund, provided that access is restored within a reasonable timeframe.

If access is not successfully granted due to a technical error, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Account Access & Security

Where access is provided via an online platform (including Kajabi), you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials

  • Preventing unauthorised access

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access without refund if we detect:

  • Account sharing

  • Licence abuse

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Purchase or use made in bad faith

8. Good Faith Purchase

By purchasing our digital products or courses, you confirm that you are doing so in good faith for legitimate use within your own business.

We reserve the right to refuse service, revoke access, or deny refund requests where we reasonably believe that a purchase has been made for the purpose of:

  • Extracting intellectual property

  • Creating competing products

  • Abusing refund policies

  • Acting in bad faith

9. Intellectual Property

All content, course materials, presets, downloads, videos, templates, branding, and educational resources are the intellectual property of Zach & Grace Ltd.

Unauthorised reproduction, resale, redistribution, or duplication is strictly prohibited.

10. Earnings & Results Disclaimer

Our courses and digital products are educational in nature.

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific financial results

  • Increased bookings

  • Increased pricing

  • Business growth outcomes

Results vary based on individual effort, implementation, experience, and market conditions.

Testimonials represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of future results.

11. Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly via email, download link, or online course access upon successful payment.

For the avoidance of doubt, the service is deemed fully performed once access credentials are issued and the Course becomes available to the purchaser.

12. Limitation of Liability

Zach & Grace Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss

  • Business interruption

  • Data loss

  • Platform outages beyond our reasonable control

  • Results arising from misuse of our products

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

13. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from us, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback.

If a chargeback is initiated after access has been granted, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately revoke access

  • Provide purchase and access records as evidence of fulfilment

  • Pursue recovery of funds where appropriate

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales.

You agree that the courts of England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
